As per the instructions given in the letter number File No. Genes-11/382/2025-Revenue Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, dated 18.03.2025 of the Government, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Ministry, Nava Raipur, the Divisional Commissioners have been directed to investigate the entire process regarding land acquisition.

The points of investigation are as follows:-

1. Compensation case prepared by dividing the original Khasra into small plots only for the purpose of getting more compensation,

2. Transfer, partition, diversion, new construction etc. of the original land being included for compensation after the issuance of land acquisition notification,

3. Compensation approved by preparing fake transfer, partition case from an earlier date to get more compensation,

4. Correct details of the properties situated on the land not presented while preparing the compensation sheet.
