After 01 January 2019, information regarding land acquisition for all government and non-government projects in Raipur district is to be prepared as per the attached form and uploaded on the website to receive complaints from the general public. Accordingly, information regarding the prescribed form received from Sub-Divisional Officer (National) and Land Acquisition Officer Raipur, Abhanpur, Arang and Tilda Nevra District Raipur (CG) is enclosed.

Please note that if any common person has any complaint regarding land acquisition as per the above prescribed form, he can register his complaint in writing in the office of the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer (National) and Land Acquisition Officer till 21.05.2025.

As per the instructions given in the letter number File No. Genes-11/382/2025-Revenue Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, dated 18.03.2025 of the Government, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Ministry, Nava Raipur, the Divisional Commissioners have been directed to investigate the entire process regarding land acquisition.

The general public is informed that in relation to the complaint of irregularities in the land acquisition proceedings for all the government / non-government projects of the District Mahasamund, Dhamtari, Gariaband, Balodabazar-Bhatapara of the division after 01.01.2019, if there is any objection-claim or complaint regarding the action taken in the land acquisition case in the said project, then 15 days from the date of issue of this notice You can submit your full name, address, mobile number along with documents in the following subjects at the District Office Mahasamund, Dhamtari, Gariaband, Balodabazar-Bhatapara or Divisional Office Raipur by 5:30 pm of 15.05.2025. The points of investigation are as follows:-

1. Compensation case prepared by dividing the original Khasra into small plots only for the purpose of getting more compensation,

2. Transfer, partition, diversion, new construction etc. of the original land being included for compensation after the issuance of land acquisition notification,

3. Compensation approved by preparing fake transfer, partition case from an earlier date to get more compensation,

4. Correct details of the properties situated on the land not presented while preparing the compensation sheet.
