Chhattisgarh Government, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Ministry, Nava Raipur. As per the instructions given in JNS-12/8/2025-Revenue Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, dated 18.03.2025, the Divisional Commissioners have been directed to investigate the entire process regarding land acquisition of Bharat Mala Project.

Therefore, even after the survey of Bharat Mala Project and notification of land acquisition, investigation has to be done regarding the purchase and sale of the affected land, transfer of original land, division, diversion and payment. All the general public of Raipur and Dhamtari districts affected by Bharat Mala Project are informed that if there is any objection, claim or complaint regarding the action taken in the land acquisition case in the said project, then they can submit their full name, address, mobile number along with documents to the office of Collector, Raipur or Dhamtari or Divisional Office within 15 days from the date of issue of this notice i.e. till 5:30 pm on 15.05.2025. The points of investigation will be as follows:-

1. Compensation case prepared by dividing the original Khasra into small plots only for the purpose of obtaining more compensation,

2. Transfer, partition, diversion, new construction etc. of the original land are included in the compensation after the date of receipt of letter of intent for land acquisition,

3. Compensation is approved by preparing fake transfer and partition cases from an earlier date to obtain more compensation,

4. Correct details of the properties situated on the land are not presented while preparing the compensation sheet.
